Shipping Information

Our shipping process works as follows:

Express (overnight) ($17.95) packages are sent the next morning or before 2:30pm the same day if possible. **IMPORTANT NOTE ON EXPRESS** Some more remote areas will take two days even though it says overnight. I cannot predict what city that will be, I don't find out until I go to the post office. To find out, you can call your local post office and ask if an Express package will arrive overnight from zip code 54601. You may want to save the money and just pay for priority.

Priority ($4.95) packages go out within 36 hours. They are supposed to take 2-5 days depending on the address, and as I am located smack dab in the middle of the midwest that usually is less than the 5 days.

First Class (see below for price table) is also stated to take 2-5 days depending on the load at the post office, and I have had some first class packages arrive before priority; it's just how it works. I offer it because saving money in any form is good these days, and I want to make sure I do what I can for my customers. These are sent with delivery confirmation, but there is no city-to-city tracking. I pay for the delivery confirmation on my end, you don't pay for it.


I HAVE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ON EVERY PACKAGE I SEND, EVEN FIRST CLASS. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHERE THE POST OFFICE IS TAKING THEM, BUT WILL DO WHAT I CAN TO TRACK THEM.

In the event of a lost package (happens about 1% of the time) I do resend the package and take it as a loss. You should not suffer. If you get the package later on, which has happened, I ask that it just get returned to me ("Return to Sender").
