Glass Glitter and Beads Store offers the following Returns Policy:

IF you didn't get what you were expecting in color, quantity or quality, simply write on the package "RETURN TO SENDER" on envelope and return it to us. We will either reship the corrected items (plus extras) or a refund.

If you get the wrong order (okay, it does happen once in a while) contact me and we will get it straightened out ASAP.

If you simply don't like what you received, we will be more than happy to refund your money after we receive the items back, and would love to find out why they didn't fit your needs.

Three years so far and no one has done that yet, so we must be doing okay! (the ordering system we are fine tuning...:P )
